Bread, noodles and foods like Semolina where once upon a time stamped as "weight gainers". When they are compared to a lot of animal products they are indeed "Light" products. They have little calories, hardly any fat and don't leave you feeling hungry. Only with the Cakes and similar baking goods should you be careful, because they lack fibre.
